A Space To Express
Other music schools emphasize technique and fundamentals with a rigid, strict approach that discourages students with a more free spirit and interest in expression and play. Other types of schools emphasize expression and play while creating a disorganized and disorienting environment lacking in structure and routine.
Merit Music Academy bridges the gap and provides a balance, allowing musicians to release and enjoy making music, while also maintaining the technique and theoretical understanding necessary to become competitive in the professional industry as well as perfect their own projects.
Curriculum is centered around the students' interests, and what keeps them motivated and excited to learn! Students will NEVER be encouraged to stay in a group class or in beginner lessons when they are ready to move on to private lessons or advanced curriculum.
